Known Issue: The process to pay hourly employees with different funding sources in Workday is not working as expected, so these employees are being paid from their costing allocation funding source instead. This impacts student-hourly employees. Estimated Time to Resolution: Unknown
The library of on-demand recordings of Workday trainings is now hosted in Microsoft Stream instead of Youtube. Stream is a video platform available to all WSU employees, used frequently by professors to host course video content. Because Workday trainings are only authorized for WSU use, the move to Stream provides a level of necessary security.
Workday Open Office Hours start tomorrow, Tuesday, March 2. These open Zoom sessions are an opportunity for employees to bring their questions and talk to Modernization team members, who will be available to provide answers to questions, links to resources, and demonstrate processes within Workday.
