Workday Training recordings moved to Microsoft Stream

The library of on-demand recordings of Workday trainings is now hosted in Microsoft Stream instead of Youtube. Stream is a video platform available to all WSU employees, used frequently by professors to host course video content. Because Workday trainings are only authorized for WSU use, the move to Stream provides a level of necessary security.

Employees can find the Workday training recordings within the Stream platform via the “Workday Training” Stream public group. Within the Workday Training group, courses have been sorted into channels by functional area or topic. For further assistance with searching and finding groups and channels in Microsoft Stream, read this help article

Employees may also find updated links to each course recording or channel on the Training Recordings and Materials page. Those wishing to receive course credit for viewing a recorded training should continue to use the Skillsoft Recorded Course link available on each course’s individual web page.

All WSU employees may access Stream by logging in with their WSU NID and login credentials when prompted. For assistance with your WSU Microsoft account, contact the Crimson Service Desk.
