We want to make you aware of some updates to the Record Cash Sale task in Workday, specifically where revenue can be recorded and how the transaction routes. Moving forward, departments will be able to record revenue at the Cost Center level (without a Program, Gift, or Grant worktag) on the Record Cash Sale task.
Month end close for March is approaching, and there are 188 manual accounting journals that are still open. Please either cancel or make sure these journals are approved by close of business on April 5. This is when General Accounting will close the month of March.

OASDI and Medicare (FICA) were incorrectly withheld from approximately 349 students and they were also paid as Non-Student Hourly instead of Student Hourly. A Contract Crosswalk is now available in OBIEE. The crosswalk provides the Workday supplier or customer contract number created during conversion. If no Workday numbers are provided, the crosswalk will provide information on why the contract was ineligible for conversion. Here are more details about the OBIEE Crosswalk.
