User Acceptance Testing starts soon

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) starts the last week of July and runs through early September.

The Modernization Team is wrapping up preparing all the materials and scenarios for UAT now.

One of the goals of UAT is to uncover any bugs in the system so we can fix them before launching Workday for WSU. Testers will run through scenarios in Workday, using training Reference Guides to execute business processes. They’ll also provide feedback on those training materials to help ensure they’re ready for the WSU community to use during Workday training in October.

UAT testers include nearly 400 people from throughout the university, including Super Users from the Change Network.

Stay tuned for more updates after we get into UAT.
