New automatic candidate messages now in place for Job Application process

New automatic messages will now be sent to job candidates based on certain disposition (or decline) reasons.

Current disposition reasons that have an automatic candidate message are: Application Errors/Incomplete, Does Not Meet Minimum/Required Qualifications, Failed to Provide Required or Requested Application Documents/Materials, Withdrew from Consideration, and Requisition Canceled/Closed.

To help identify the messages that will be sent automatically, please refer to the new disposition category “Automatic Message” in the Disposition Reason field within the Decline Job Applications window.

We’ve also updated the Manage Job Application reference guide to include instructions on how to message or decline candidates at any point throughout the job application process.
