Issue Resolution: Edit and Approve Time Page failing to load

Known Issue: The Edit and Approve Time page is currently failing to load for workers in locations with a Daylight Savings Time (DST) change in the selected period.

Time to Resolution: 3/16/24.

Impacted Security Roles: Time Approvers, HR Partners

Update: Workday delivered a fix during their regular weekly scheduled service update.

Details: Workday has notified customers that the Edit and Approve Time Page, located in the Time and Scheduling Hub, is failing to load for selected workers in a location with a Daylight Savings Time (DST) change in the selected time period. This issue impacts WSU employees currently working where Daylight Savings Time is in effect.

This issue only impacts the ability to edit and approve time using the Edit and Approve Time Page in the Time and Scheduling Hub. Employees can still edit and approve time using the following workarounds:

  • To approve time, use My Tasks.
  • To edit time, use the Time Entry Calendar.

Workday is actively working on a solution, and will provide an update by Friday, March 15.
