Cost Share Budget Request process

Recently, the Award Setup process was updated to enable the inclusion of cost share budget breakdowns in the Budget Setup tab in MyResearch.

New awards with cost share are already being set up with cost share budgets. However, for awards with cost share obligations set up before January 1, 2024, grant administrators should submit a Cost Share Budget Request. This temporary process is in place until cost share budgets for older awards have been added to Workday. Visit this reference guide for steps to complete the Cost Share Budget Request process.
