Adaptive Grants Forecasting resources and updates

Workday Adaptive Grants Forecasting launched for all Grants Managers and Principal Investigators (PIs) on January 10, 2024. Since its launch, more than 75 Grant Managers and PIs have begun using the tool to help project future expenses and remaining balances on their grants.

The following training and resources are available to departmental grants administrators and PIs who are interested in or already using Workday Adaptive Grants Forecasting:

• Instructor-led training and office hours:
  • Workday Adaptive Grants Forecasting live training will be offered February 12. Visit Percipio to learn more and register.
  • Three Grants Forecasting office hours will be held throughout February for those with questions or who require additional support. Register in Percipio.
• On-demand training resources:
  • Adaptive Grants Forecasting training can be reviewed on-demand as a recording in Percipio.
  • Two Workday Adaptive Grants Forecasting reference guides are available for Grant Administrators and Principal Investigators in the Workday Knowledge Base.
• Grant Managers and PIs will receive notification via Workday Announcements prior to the refresh of data in Adaptive on the 10^th of each month.
