Provide your feedback on Workday training & communications

Modernization relies on feedback from the WSU community to provide key insights into Workday at WSU, from user experience, to the planning and adoption of new features and tools. This feedback is also critical to our goal of developing helpful and effective Workday training, communications, and support resources for all employees.

We’re seeking your thoughts on Workday training, communications, and support via the 2024 Workday Training and Communications Survey.

This anonymous survey provides an opportunity for WSU employees to submit feedback and insight regarding how they currently use Workday, as well as related training and communications resources. To learn more about how the WSU community engaged with Workday resources in 2023, visit this blog post.

The survey is now open, and will be available until 5 p.m. on Friday, February 16.

Responses to this survey will be used to inform the planning and development of Workday training and communications for 2024 and beyond. Following a timely review of responses, the Modernization Change and Communications team will provide a summary of action items based on survey results in the March 2024 Workday Digest.

We strive to continuously improve and enhance the Workday support resources available to our community, and appreciate the time taken by WSU employees to provide their thoughtful and constructive feedback on Workday training and communication. We look forward to hearing from you.
