New reference guide for Hazardous Conditions and Phone Call pay

We have created a new reference guide for time management for Hazardous Conditions and Phone Call pay.

Hazardous Conditions pay may only be used in particular circumstances as outlined in BPPM 60.28 or for represented employees, their respective Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Phone Call may only be used by represented employees whose CBA specifically allows for Phone Call pay. See the respective CBA’s, available on the HRS Labor Relations website for more information.
