Issue Resolved: Jira and Confluence access restored

Known Issue: On 10/30 and 10/31, access to the Workday Service Desk and the Workday Knowledge Base was interrupted due to issues with Jira and Confluence.

Time to resolution: Resolved.

Details: Beginning Monday, 10/30, WSU employees reported disruptions in access to Jira and Confluence across WSU. These issues impacted the availability of the Workday Service Desk and Knowledge Base. ITS has resolved this issue.

The Workday Service Desk is back up and processing tickets as normal, and Modernization has begun reviewing tickets submitted during the period of interrupted service.
