Known Issue: Workday is aware of an issue where users are unable to upload an attachment to a number of processes including job applications, I-9s, and Supplier Invoices.

Details: Workday is aware of an issue where external candidates are unable to upload an attachment/resume during their job application on an external career site. They are receiving the following error message: Your document can’t be uploaded. Please try again.
Workday have found this issue also applies to the following areas, I-9 and Supplier Invoices. At this time, no documents can be uploaded.
Workday is actively working to determine the root cause of this issue.
