Time Off types now have improved organization in the Absence Calendar

To help employees locate their required time off type more easily, time off types available in the Absence Calendar have been reorganized into additional folders. This update is visible in the Select Absence Type pop up in the Absence Calendar.

Leave of Absence time offs have been moved into defined folders, for example LOA Time Off – FMLA now contains the relevant FMLA time off types, while LOA Time Off – Parental Leave contains parental leave related time offs.

Time offs not related to a leave of absence remain in the Time Off folder at the top of the list.

There is no change to the process of requesting time off.
