Issue Resolved: When Using the Time Off Calendar to Request Time Off or Leave Of Absence an Error Message Displays Incorrectly

Known Issue: When an employee requests Time Off or Leave of Absence through the Time Off Calendar an error message incorrectly appears.

Resolution: Use the Absence Calendar for Time Off and Leave of Absence requests. This is the standard practice for submitting Time Off and Leave of Absence at WSU.

Workday is aware of an issue where employees submitting Time Off or Leave of Absence requests though the Time Off Calendar incorrectly receive an error message. This issue is resolved.

The standard practice at WSU is to submit Time Off and Leave of Absence using the Absence Calendar. When using the Absence Calendar, Time Offs and Leave of Absence requests are submitted correctly, with alerts and error messages only displayed when expected.

The name of the calendar you are in can be found in the top left corner of the Workday screen.
