Issue Resolved: Custom notifications triggering emails from Workday

Issue: A setting in Workday was briefly changed that resulted in emails being sent to users regarding business processes with custom notifications.

Time to resolution: Resolved.

Details: On January 10, a setting was briefly changed in Workday in an attempt to turn on email notifications for a specific business process. After receiving several tickets from users, it was discovered that this change inadvertently resulted in email notifications being triggered for all business processes configured with custom notifications. Users with security roles associated with these business processes may have received an increased number of email notifications during this period. This issue has been resolved.
