Known Issue: Card transactions not importing into Workday

Known Issue: Procurement Card transactions and Central Travel Account card transactions are not currently being migrated into the Workday system from JPMorgan’s PaymentNet.

Estimated Time to Resolution: Unknown.

Details: Beginning Nov. 11, 2022, new card transactions have not been migrated from PaymentNet into Workday. An issue with renewing a necessary security key is preventing card transactions from being imported successfully, effecting both Procurement Card transactions and Central Travel Account card transactions.

The JPMorgan development team, Modernization Security, and Integration teams are actively working to resolve the issue.
