Review and share updated Absence Calendar resources

On May 4, 2024, Modernization launched the new Absence Calendar experience in Workday, updating the look and feel of several key Absence pages and tasks. Learn more about these changes here.

These changes impact all employees who request time off or leave of absence in Workday. Resources are available to help employees navigate and use the updated Absence Calendar and related functionality.

With the upcoming start of the Fall 2024 semester, we encourage new and returning staff and faculty who may not be familiar with the updated Absence experience to review the following items:

Those who approve or manage time and absence on behalf of others are also encouraged to review and share these resources within their departments.
