Ensuring Summer Benefits charge correctly for Academic Faculty

Workday allows for faculty members with a benefits eligible position in the Academic Pay Group to have Employer Benefits Package Contributions -BENEFITS PKG charged to their Worker Position Costing Allocation in pay periods in which they receive no earnings.

Modernization is offering two Summer Benefits Q&A sessions for Area Finance Officers and Cost Center Managers to provide guidance on using this functionality to ensure benefits are charged correctly for faculty in their areas. The sessions will be offered on the following dates:

• April 17 at 11 a.m.
• May 8 at 11 a.m.
