New reference guide for requesting TouchNet access

We’ve created a new reference guide to assist new and current TouchNet users who are requesting TouchNet access or changes to their existing security.

The reference guide, which is available in the Workday Knowledge base and linked within the TouchNet Access ticket, provides guidance on the best information to include in the ticket, including which roles may be most applicable for the user submitting the ticket.

The TouchNet Access ticket assists the Modernization team in managing and processing new users, as well as changes to current permissions in TouchNet.

The TouchNet Access ticket can be access in the Workday Service Desk under the Access & Security menu.
