Tax 2.0 launched Oct. 1
On October 1, Tax 2.0 launched, changing how Workday calculates taxes, including account posting rules, and the way we interact with requisitions, purchase orders, supplier invoices, and procurement card verifications.
WSU employees who perform duties related to purchasing and tax, particularly department buyers, P-card data entry specialists, and P-card holders, are encouraged to review a recorded demo session to learn how to navigate the new tax processes and rules. We’ve also updated our reference guides to reflect these changes.
Tax 2.0 is one of 3 projects we’re working on to improve processes involving taxes in Workday. You can learn more about the Tax Improvement Projects here.
