Open Enrollment began Nov. 1

As a reminder, Open Enrollment for benefits began Monday, November 1, and runs through Tuesday, November 30, 2021. Open Enrollment changes are now made through Workday, and employees will not use forms, the HCA MyAccount, or Navia portals to make changes.

Given this is the first time Open Enrollment is happening in Workday, you may have questions. Step-by-step written instructions and Workday instructional videos for completing Open Enrollment selections are available at the Open Enrollment website in the Workday Help box.

During Open Enrollment, you may:

  • Change your medical and/or dental plan
  • Add or remove dependents
  • Enroll or re-enroll in a Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA) or Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) for the coming year

This year there are also substantial changes occurring with the Long Term Disability Insurance (not to be confused with Long Term Care) and the Flexible Spending Arrangement, which is adding a Limited FSA and carryover feature.
