Issue Resolved: Contract intake questionnaire updated

Known Issue: To resolve routing issues between Purchasing Services and REBO, we’ve updated and simplified the contract request routing process in Workday.

Details: In working with Purchasing Services and REBO, we noticed an issue with the routing of the contract request in Workday. We have updated the Contract Request in Workday allowing departments to explicitly select whether the request goes to Purchasing Services or REBO. This removes the existing routing questions and simplifies the overall process for all users involved. The change also resolves the routing issues between Purchasing Services and REBO, which will increase the efficiency of both offices in responding to requests.
