What will happen to Service Centers?

New terminology will be applied to some of the processes that are moving from our current systems to Workday. For example, Internal Service Delivery is the Workday term for internal billing.

Internal Service Provider is a Workday term for legacy budget-projects like service centers or internal service funds. It is a driver worktag that allows Internal Service Providers to charge other departments through the Internal Service Delivery process.

The Internal Service Delivery process will not replace the Interdepartmental Requisition and Invoice (IRI) form for areas that use them.

Workday Internal Service Deliveries will function as follows:

• A customer requests goods or services
• The Internal Service Delivery Data Entry Specialist will input the Internal Service Delivery
• The Internal Service Delivery will then route for financial approval based on worktags
