June reporting update

June 5, 2024

Below are the new and updated reports for the month of June.

CR ROL Cost Center Hierarchy Role Assignments
- This new report shows finance roles that are inherited or assigned at the CCH level.
CR FIN Financial Related Worktags
- We’ve enhanced this report to allow users to prompt for Related Fee Assessments. The report now returns the Allowed Fee Assessments and Default Fee Assessment.
- We resolved a defect causing the Allowed and Default Alt Reporting(s), Allowed and Default Assingee(s), and Allowed and Default Extension Reporting(s) columns to return no values.
CR PRO Find Credit Card Transactions
- Two new columns, Arrival Date and Departure Date, were added for expense card transactions.
CR ROL Program Role Assignments
- A column was added that displays assignments for new Program View role.
CR ROL Gift Role Assignments
- A column was added that displays assignments for new Gift View role.

CR GRA Find Subawards
- We’ve added two new prompts for “Contract Signed Date On or After” and “Contract Signed Date On or Before.”
Dashboard GRA Principal Investigator
- We’ve rebuilt this dashboard to provide better reports on grant financials, costing allocations, subawards and program and gift financials. Learn more.
Grant Overview
- Two new reports were added to the overview when viewing a grant in Workday.
