Issue Resolved: Number of card transactions still not importing into Workday

Known Issue: Procurement Card transactions and Central Travel Account card transactions were previously not migrating into Workday from JPMorgan’s PaymentNet. After an initial resolution, it was discovered that some transactions were still affected by this issue. These transactions have now been imported into Workday.

Estimated Time to Resolution: Resolved.

Details: Beginning Nov. 11, 2022, new card transactions were not migrating from PaymentNet into Workday. An issue with renewing a necessary security key prevented card transactions from being imported successfully, effecting both Procurement Card transactions and Central Travel Account card transactions.

Many affected transactions were caught up in Workday as of Dec. 1, 2022, however, a number of transactions were not in system. Team members from Modernization and Payments Services worked with JPMC to correct the issue, and all remaining transactions have been imported into Workday as of Dec. 20.
