Issue Resolved: Card transactions not importing into Workday
Known Issue: Procurement Card transactions and Central Travel Account card transactions were previously not migrating into Workday from JPMorgan’s PaymentNet.
Estimated Time to Resolution: Resolved.
Details: Beginning Nov. 11, 2022, new card transactions were not migrating from PaymentNet into Workday. An issue with renewing a necessary security key prevented card transactions from being imported successfully, effecting both Procurement Card transactions and Central Travel Account card transactions.
This issue has been resolved. All affected transactions are caught up in Workday as of Dec. 1, 2022.
