Known Issue: Number of card transactions still not importing into Workday
Known Issue: Procurement Card transactions and Central Travel Account card transactions were previously not migrating into Workday from JPMorgan’s PaymentNet. After an initial resolution, it was discovered that some transactions are still affected by this issue.

Details: Beginning Nov. 11, 2022, new card transactions were not migrating from PaymentNet into Workday. An issue with renewing a necessary security key prevented card transactions from being imported successfully, effecting both Procurement Card transactions and Central Travel Account card transactions.
Many affected transactions were caught up in Workday as of Dec. 1, 2022, however, there remain a number of transactions that are not in system. Team members from Modernization and Payments Services are working to identify the data and follow up with JPMC to correct the issue.
