Update to Departmental Inventory spend category

We updated the description of spend category SC00337 from “Departmental Inventory” to “Small Equipment (Non-Inventoriable).” This spend category can be used to track small equipment or other items that are not captured by asset tracking processes used by the Controller’s Office. This change was done to provide a spend category departments can use on their requisitions and purchase orders to flag purchases that need to be manually registered as departmental inventory.

These items are not over the capitalization threshold of $5,000, but are still of interest for departments to track for their own purposes. Items on this spend category will not be captured by the central capitalized asset tracking and reporting processes.
