New feature allows multiple time off requests for same day
With the September 2025 Feature Release, a new feature in the time off calendar allows employees to submit multiple time off requests for the same day.
Employees who need to submit multiple time off requests for a single day, such as in instances when employees have low accrual balances and need to use a combination of Annual Leave, Sick Leave, and Leave Without Pay to meet their scheduled hours, may do so beginning 9/20.
When an employee utilizes this functionality, those approving time off will receive a single inbox item including all time off types for the respective day. Prior to this enhancement, approvers received individual inbox items for each time off type requested.
This new feature may also be used to add additional days of time off after a time off request has been initiated.
The Employee Request and Correct Time Off reference guide will be updated at the time this change goes into effect.
This enhancement is only available on the initiation of the original time off request. There are no changes to the Correct Time Off business process.
