Important update to Classified Steps and Classified Grade Profile Steps

Following the recent January 1 MSI, a number of Classified Grade Steps and Classified Grade Profile Steps (Seattle) are now below minimum wage, and should not be used moving forward.

The following steps have been designated Do Not Use (DNU), and all have a value of 0.01:

R030-R032 (Classified Grade Steps)
R030 to R041 (Classified Grade Profile Steps – Seattle)

To prevent the accidental use of DNU steps, the default assignment of the first step of the range when assigning compensation has been stopped. Moving forward, compensation must be added when creating a position.
