Prepare for January 2024 HR mass actions

In January 2024, HRS will process the following mass actions:

• Minimum Wage increase effective 1/1
• FLSA changes effective 1/1

Departments are encouraged to prepare for these blackout dates by reviewing the January 2024 HCM Mass Action Timelines and Options guide. This guide provides information about key deadlines and tasks that require completion prior to the processing of the January mass actions.

During January, the Modernization team will identify in-flight actions that may cause fallout during the mass actions. Human Resource Services will work with the relevant HR and Compensation partners of any out-of-deadline in-flight actions.
