Known Issue: Error with accessing Archive in My Tasks

Known Issue: An error is currently preventing users from accessing the Archive in My Tasks.

Time to resolution: Expected resolution by August 4

**UPDATE** Workday has identified the cause and is testing a fix. The anticipated release date for the fix into production is the August 4th, 2023 Service Update.

Details: Workday is aware of an issue where users may not be able to access the Archive in My Tasks due to an error. The error displays a red exclamation mark. 

Workday is investigating this issue and will provide updates as soon as additional information is available. Meanwhile, it is suggested users utilize the View More Processes report to view all archived tasks. Users can run this report from Workday’s global search. Users can select a date range when running this report and it will display all tasks completed during the selected time period.
