Issue Resolved: Notifications inadvertently sent from WSU9 Workday tenant

Issue: Some WSU employees received erroneous email notifications from the WSU9 Workday tenant between May 26 and June 1, 2023. This issue is resolved.

Details: The Modernization team was made aware of some employees receiving an increased number of email notifications from Workday between May 26 and June 1. After troubleshooting, it was determined that activities being performed in WSU9, a Workday tenant used internally for testing and previewing functionality, caused erroneous notifications to be sent to about 200 employees. This issue has been resolved, and employees are welcome to disregard or dispose of any erroneous notifications they may have received. Employees who are unsure about any notifications received between May 26 and June 1 may reach out to the Modernization team for clarification via the Workday Service Desk.
