Updates to View Time Off Balances guide

We’ve updated the View Time Off Balances reference guide to include two new reports, Worker Time off Balances, and My Time Off Balances Details. These reports provide specific details about time off balances and possible upcoming forfeiture of time off.

The Worker Time Off Balances report may be used by department administrators to receive time off balance information for multiple employees or entire organizations. The My Time Off Balances Details report provides more detailed information for a particular employee, including information about possible forfeitures. Please see the updated reference guide for more details including some of the limitations for certain employee types.
