Known Issue: Pro Forma Effort Certification
Known Issue: When running the Pro Forma Effort Certification task for a worker and a date range, Workday incorrectly returns a pay period not in the effort certification start and end date range selected.
Time to Resolution: September 9, 2023, tentatively.
Details: When running the Pro Forma Effort Certification task for a worker and a date range, Workday incorrectly returns a pay period that isn’t in the effort certification start and end date range selected. This impacts pay periods in which the worker had a retro pay result. For example, if a worker input October 2022 sick leave into Workday in January 2023, the Pro Forma Effort Certification for Spring 2023, 01/01/2023 – 05/15/2023, the Details tab will incorrectly show the October 2022 pay period.
Workday is actively testing a fix for this problem that they tentatively plan to publish September 9, 2023.
