Issue: Export to Excel (All Columns) option in Workday reports currently unavailable

Known Issue: Workday is currently experiencing issues preventing users from downloading data when using the Export to Excel (All Columns) option in reports.

Estimated Time to Resolution: Unknown; Workday is actively investigating and will provide updates when available.

Details: Currently, the option to export data from Workday reports using the Export to Excel (All Columns) option is not responding.

The Export to Excel (All Columns) option above is currently not responding.

This issue only effects requests to export drill-down information using the Export to Excel (All Columns) option.

Users may still access and download different views of their reports, and drill down and view more detailed information without exporting.

Workday will provide updates as they become available. The update may be that they are still working on this issue, but we will provide any information we have. We will continue to post updates to the Known Issues page on the Modernization website as we learn more.
