How will the switch to Workday affect WSU students?

The University recently transitioned to using a new software called Workday. This change affects WSU employees, including undergraduate and graduate students hired by WSU. Students with current appointments should now use Workday to do the following:

  • Entering Time and Correcting Time: Hourly and temp employees will use the check in/check out function to log hours worked.
  • Viewing Payslips: Payslips, formerly known as Earning Statements, will only be found in Workday and can be viewed three days before payday.

Systems such as Blackboard and parts of myWSU were not impacted and will continue to be available. Read more about impacted systems here.

Students who are not employed by WSU should not be impacted by the transition.
