A look at the first three days of Workday
Workday launched for Human Resources and Payroll on December 16. Here’s a look at stats from the first three days:
- 6,290 unique WSU staff and faculty accessed Workday with 34,692 total sign-ins as of Dec. 22.
- Users primarily used Workday to request time off, enter time worked, and update personal information.
- The Workday Service Desk has addressed and resolved 70% of the 1,079 service requests received as of Dec. 22.
- Ten percent of users took time to provide feedback, providing a 4.9/5.0 customer satisfaction level.
- Knowledge Base articles were accessed 6,448 times, helping users get needed answers without waiting for an email reply.
