New terms and processes added to Terminology Crosswalk

Check out the recently updated to review new process names as well as terms found in Workday.

The Terminology Crosswalk is a resource to help connect the dots between common terms and concepts used now to what they will be called in Workday after launch in December.

Some examples include:

  • In the old system, employees used terms like K orders and F orders, which will fall under the umbrella term Purchase Orders.
  • The frequently used IRI process will be Internal Service Delivery in Workday.
  • Also, employees currently refer to the term Revenue Transfer but in Workday it will be a Manual Journal instead.
