November reporting update

Below are the new and updated reports for the month of November.

Finance

  • CR FIN Find Ad Hoc Bank Transactions
    • Four new prompts were added: “Amount Greater Than or Equal To,” “Amount Less Than or Equal To,” “External Reference Contains,” and “Memo Contains.”
  • CR PRO Find Supplier Invoices
    • We added a prompt for Supplier Category to this report.
  • CR PRO Find Purchase Orders
    • New columns for Receiving Status and Invoicing Status were added to this report.

Grants

  • CR GRA Award Lines Overdraft Summary
    • This report will now only return award lines with a negative available balance. It previously returned all award lines, even if they did not have an overdraft.

Payroll

  • CR PAY Payroll Accounting Journal Details – In Progress Payroll (aka PEARS)
    • We reverted to previous version of the report that used Position Restriction instead of Position to pull position information into the report.
    • Please note that the values for the columns ‘Position Restriction Cost Center’ and ‘Position Restriction Worker Type’ come from the position restriction, not the position.
