Enhanced automation of sponsor invoicing saves time for SPS

Invoice formatting is now an automated step integrated within the customer invoice creation process in Workday for sponsors who received invoices using the standard WSU Invoice or SF270 formats. This enhancement builds on prior improvements to invoicing and invoice delivery for grants.

This automation will save accountants in SPS time by eliminating the manual steps of launching the integration and attaching the resulting PDF to the customer invoice record in Workday. Now, these actions happen automatically when an invoice is created.
