Ability to correct award sponsors now available

Beginning September 21, Workday enables WSU to update a grant’s Sponsor and Bill-to Sponsor throughout the life of an award.

This update enables Sponsored Programs Services (SPS) to correct sponsor information or reflect a merger or acquisition, without having to create a new award. 

Departmental grants management staff who have identified awards requiring corrections to sponsors should reach out to SPS.
