Updates to Time Off type visibility within Time Entry and Absence calendars

To reduce errors and misuse of Time Off types that do not apply to Straight Time or Premium Pay calculations, the following updates have been made to Time Off Type visibility within the Time Entry Calendar.

These updates are effective May 5, 2026.

Time Offs no longer visible on Time Entry:

  • Annual Attendance Incentive – Payout of Sick Leave
  • Annual Attendance Incentive (Coach/Faculty)
  • Annual Leave – Donation (AP/Fac)
  • Annual Leave – Donation (CS/BU)
  • Payout of Compensatory Time Balance
  • Floating Holiday Tracker to Reduce FMLA Entitlement
  • FMLA Entitlement Reduction Tracker
  • Holiday Credit Payout
  • Payout of In Lieu of Holiday Balance
  • Parental Leave (Tracker)
  • Personal Holiday – Donation (AP/Fac)
  • Personal Holiday – Donation (CS/BU)
  • Sick Leave – Donation
