New Time Off types created for zeroing balances

New Time Offs have been created for use by HRS Records when zeroing out an employee’s leave balance when terminated or no longer eligible.

These types are only visible within the Absence Calendar and are not pay impacting.

New Time Offs include:

  • Adjustment Annual Leave AP/Fac
  • Adjustment Annual Leave CS/BU/NPS
  • Adjustment Annual Leave NPNS
  • Adjustment Comp Time
  • Adjustment Holiday Credit
  • Adjustment In Lieu of Holiday
  • Adjustment Personal Holiday AP/Fac
  • Adjustment Personal Holiday CS/BU/NPS
  • Adjustment Personal Holiday NPNS
  • Adjustment Sick Leave
  • Adjustment Sick Leave (Hourly)
  • Adjustment Sick Leave NPNS
