New Accounting Center reports launching April 1
With the launch of Workday Accounting Center on April 1, 2026, several new reports are now available in Workday, with enhanced attributes from myWSU included. For more information about Accounting Center and its expanded reporting and budgeting capabilities, visit this article.
- CR FIN myWSU Accounting Feed Detail
- This report provides a detailed view of transactions brought into Workday from myWSU. Attributes include item type number and description for all transactions, as well as residency and tuition campus for tuition-related transactions, and academic/transaction campus, career, program and plan for applicable student related transactions. This report also includes the worktags associated with the transaction.
- This is the Workday version of the OBIEE WD Accounting Feed report on the Student Financials Dashboard.
- CR FIN myWSU Accounting Feed Detail with Student Data
- This report provides the same details as CR FIN myWSU Accounting Feed Detail, however, it incorporates student name and ID#.
- Accessing this report requires the new FERPA View role.
- CR FIN myWSU Account Receivables Item Type Mapping
- This report provides the mapping for each item type, which is now maintained in Workday.
- Output includes basic financial setup for the item type, such as term, item code, item type number and description, and keywords. These attributes are maintained in myWSU and fed to Workday via integration.
- Users may also view the associated financial worktag mapping, such as revenue or spend category, program/gift/grant, and other financial worktags, which are maintained in Workday.
- This is the Workday version of the OBIEE Item Type Worktag Mapping by Term report on the Student Financials Dashboard.
- This report provides the mapping for each item type, which is now maintained in Workday.
