Supporting data cleanup efforts in Workday

Accurate, well-maintained data is essential to how we operate, report, and make decisions. Over the coming year, Modernization will review data and provide reports to areas identifying potential areas for data cleanup improvement, along with targeted and practical recommendations.

These cleanup efforts aim to strengthen our data quality to enable the following:

• Greater confidence in reporting and insights.
• Fewer errors in critical outputs, including payroll.
• Reduced rework and operational inefficiencies.

Employees are encouraged to support cleanup efforts with the following actions:

• Review and either respond to or update key data when feedback is shared by Modernization team members Renell Allen and/or Wendy Weber.
• Where appropriate, delegate responses to distribute the workload, and clearly communicate who will take action, on what items, and by when.

Progress will be monitored, and improvements will be reflected in our reporting and downstream processes.
