October reporting update

Below are the new and updated reports for the month of October:

Grants 

• CR GRA SPS Sponsored Expense Detail Report 
  • This report will be retired effective 10/31/25 
  • To promote consistency in reporting, two following two reports were enhanced to standardize the prompts and data fields for use by both SPS and individual departments. Please use these two reports in place of CR GRA SPS Sponsored Expense Detail Report:
    • CR GRA Award Expense Detail Report (formerly CR GRA Cost Reimbursable Award Expense Detail Report) 
    • CR GRA Award Cost Share Expense Detail Report (formerly CR GRA Cost Share for Cost Reimbursable Award Expense Detail Report)
