Finance
- New alert for Contract Expiry Notification List
- Who receives the notification?
- Cost Center Managers directly associated with the contract record in Workday, or its related documents.
- When is the notification received?
- For Real Estate Supplier Contracts, an alert will trigger when all the following are true:
- The contract has an Approved status in Workday.
- The contract type is real estate related.
- The contract is not currently expired (e.g., End Date is after the alert date).
- The Opt-Out box is not checked.
- For Non – Real Estate Supplier Contracts, an alert will trigger when all the following are true:
- The contract has an Approved status in Workday.
- The contract type is not real estate related.
- The contract is not currently expired.
- The Opt-Out box is not checked.
- For Real Estate Supplier Contracts, an alert will trigger when all the following are true:
- What is the frequency of the notification?
- Real Estate renewal alerts run biweekly for contracts expiring within 180 days.
- Real Estate notice period alerts run monthly for contracts with a notice date in the next 360 days.
- Non-real estate renewal alerts run biweekly for contracts expiring within 120 days.
- Who receives the notification?
- CR PRO Find Purchase Orders
- We’ve added Memo and Internal Memo to the report columns.
- CR GFT Spendable Summary
- The fund prompt has been defaulted to funds, FD049, FD051 and FD089, in order to correctly display the accurate spendable gift amount.
- CR GRA Award Tasks
- We’ve added a new column, Cost Center, to this report.
- We’ve added two new prompts to this report: Cost Center and PI.
Payroll
- CR PAY Payroll Accounting Journal Details – In Progress Payroll (aka PEARS)
- We’ve added a new column, Budget Date, providing additional information.
