Ensuring Summer Benefits charge correctly for Academic Faculty

Workday allows for faculty members with a benefits eligible position in the Academic Pay Group to have Employer Benefits Package Contributions -BENEFITS PKG charged to their Worker Position Costing Allocation in pay periods in which they receive no earnings from 5/16-8/15. For employees who are paid, the benefits will follow the summer earnings.

Benefits eligible Faculty who are being paid via Period Activity Pay which cannot have the Employer Benefits Package Contributions-BENEFITS PKG charged to PAP worktags may submit an EIB for the override worktags.
