Update to job posting close date

We have applied a fix to job posting close dates to display application deadlines as 11:59 p.m. the day before a posting closes.

Previously, when posting a recruitment, the application deadline displayed to applicants was listed as 12:00 am on the closing date. This lead to confusion and missed deadlines, as some applicants believed they had the day the posting closed to apply for the position, when really they needed to submit their application previous day.

Please note: This fix only applies to the application deadline displayed in job postings. There is no change to how posting end dates should be requested. For example, if the department requests a close date of April 7, the following language will be displayed on the job posting:
